These Terms govern access to and use of Enkai, offered by :company ("Enkai", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility and account
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms and provide accurate, current information. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorised account use.
2. The service
Enkai helps users record sightings and request connections. We do not guarantee that a sighting, match, message or connection will lead to contact, a meeting or any particular outcome.
3. Your content and conduct
You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the right to share it. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, threatening, sexual, invasive, copyrighted without permission or otherwise harmful content. Do not use the service to stalk, harass, identify unwilling people or circumvent privacy choices.
4. Safety
Use independent judgment when communicating or meeting anyone. Do not share sensitive personal information unnecessarily. Enkai is not a background-check service and cannot verify every user or submission.
5. Moderation and enforcement
We may review, restrict, remove or preserve content, suspend or terminate accounts, and cooperate with authorities where reasonably necessary to protect users, the service or legal rights.
6. Intellectual property
Enkai and its software, branding and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.
8. Changes, law and contact
